Premio RCO-6000-ADL-8L 12th Gen Intel Core Fanless Rugged Industrial Computer with 10x Gigabit LAN

When a line has many GigE cameras with their own supplies, the limit is often the number of network ports rather than compute. The RCO-6000-ADL-8L is the 12th Gen Intel Core fanless rugged industrial computer with 10x Gigabit LAN in the Premio RCO-6000-ADL series, built for that kind of line.

Under the RCO-6000-ADL-8L sits an LGA1700 socket on the Intel R680E chipset, which takes 12th and 13th Gen Intel Core processors at 35 W or 65 W, from Core i3 to Core i9-13900E, plus Pentium G7400E and Celeron G6900E. Two DDR5 SODIMM sockets hold up to 64 GB at up to 5600 MHz with ECC support, and Intel UHD Graphics drives DVI-I plus two DisplayPort outputs for three screens. Ten ports of camera traffic on the RCO-6000-ADL-8L often justify a Core i7 or i9, with up to 64 GB of DDR5 for image buffers.

Both EDGEBoost I/O brackets on the RCO-6000-ADL-8L carry four-port Intel I350 GbE modules on RJ45, adding eight ports to the two onboard 2.5GbE ports for ten in total. The rest of the I/O is common to the range: two Intel I226 2.5GbE ports with TSN, six RS-232/422/485 ports, 8 in/8 out isolated DIO, two CAN 2.0 A/B headers, eight USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports and two 2.5 inch bays, one removable, with RAID 0 and 1.

Power comes in at 9 to 48 V DC on a 5-pin terminal block with ignition management, a PC/Car mode switch and protection against over-voltage, over-current and reverse polarity. Premio rates the RCO-6000-ADL-8L fanless from -25 °C to 70 °C with 35 W processors or -25 °C to 60 °C at 65 W, and lists CE and FCC Class A. If cameras need power, the RCO-6000-ADL-8P swaps in PoE modules, and the RCO-6000-ADL-8LM12 moves the eight ports to M12.
