Cameras on moving machines need power, data and a connector that will not shake loose. The RCO-6000-ADL-4PM12 is the Intel Alder Lake Core wide temperature rugged industrial computer with 4x M12 PoE GbE in the Premio RCO-6000-ADL series, covering all three.
Under the RCO-6000-ADL-4PM12 sits an LGA1700 socket on the Intel R680E chipset, which takes 12th and 13th Gen Intel Core processors at 35 W or 65 W, from Core i3 to Core i9-13900E, plus Pentium G7400E and Celeron G6900E. Two DDR5 SODIMM sockets hold up to 64 GB at up to 5600 MHz with ECC support, and Intel UHD Graphics drives DVI-I plus two DisplayPort outputs for three screens. With four PoE camera streams, the RCO-6000-ADL-4PM12 runs well on a 35 W Core i5-12500TE or i7-12700TE, which keeps the full 70 °C rating.
One EDGEBoost I/O bracket on the RCO-6000-ADL-4PM12 carries a four-port Intel I350 PoE module with M12 connectors, alongside the two onboard 2.5GbE ports, with the second bracket free. The rest of the I/O is common to the range: two Intel I226 2.5GbE ports with TSN, six RS-232/422/485 ports, 8 in/8 out isolated DIO, two CAN 2.0 A/B headers, eight USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports and two 2.5 inch bays, one removable, with RAID 0 and 1.
Power comes in at 9 to 48 V DC on a 5-pin terminal block with ignition management, a PC/Car mode switch and protection against over-voltage, over-current and reverse polarity. Premio rates the RCO-6000-ADL-4PM12 fanless from -25 °C to 70 °C with 35 W processors or -25 °C to 60 °C at 65 W, and lists CE and FCC Class A. For RJ45 cabling, the RCO-6000-ADL-4P offers the same four PoE ports, and the RCO-6000-ADL-8PM12 doubles the M12 PoE count.
