Premio ACO-6000-CML-4P Intel Core i5-10500TE In-Vehicle Computer System with 4x RJ45 PoE GbE

Four cameras is a common count for a patrol car or service vehicle: front, rear and two sides, each needing power and data. The ACO-6000-CML-4P is the Intel Core i5-10500TE in-vehicle computer system with 4x RJ45 PoE GbE in the Premio ACO-6000-CML series, and it powers all four from its own ports. Like every model in the range, it is listed with E-Mark and uses power ignition management to start and shut down with the vehicle.

Under the ACO-6000-CML-4P sits an LGA1200 socket on the Intel W480E chipset, taking 10th Gen Comet Lake processors at 35 W or 65 W, from Core i3-10100TE to Core i9-10900E and Xeon W-1290TE. Two DDR4 SODIMM sockets hold up to 64 GB at up to 2933 MHz, with ECC support on Xeon builds, and Intel UHD Graphics 630 drives three independent screens. The ACO-6000-CML-4P title names the Core i5-10500TE, a 35 W six-core part, but any processor in the series can be fitted.

One Universal I/O bracket on the ACO-6000-CML-4P carries a four-port Intel I350 PoE module on RJ45, delivering up to 25.5 W per port, and the two onboard GbE ports handle the uplink. The rest of the I/O stays the same across the range: eight RS-232/422/485 ports, 8 in/8 out isolated DIO, two CAN 2.0 A/B headers, nine USB 3.2 ports, and three 2.5 inch SATA bays with RAID 0, 1 and 5.

Power comes in at 9 to 48 V DC on a terminal block, with a 48 to 110 V DC board on the -110V models, and PC/Car mode and delay time switches set how the ACO-6000-CML-4P follows the ignition. Premio rates it fanless from -25 °C to 70 °C and lists CE, FCC Class A and E-Mark, plus EMC conformity with EN 50155 and EN 50121-3-2. For M12 connectors, the ACO-6000-CML-4PM12 carries the same four PoE ports, and the ACO-6000-CML-8P doubles the count to eight.
