Premio ACO-6000-CML-4PM12 Intel Comet Lake Core Wide Temperature In-Vehicle Computer System with 4x M12 PoE

Vehicle cameras mounted on the outside of a cab or carriage take a beating, and their cables should not be the part that fails. The ACO-6000-CML-4PM12 is the Intel Comet Lake Core wide temperature in-vehicle computer system with 4x M12 PoE in the Premio ACO-6000-CML series, pairing powered camera ports with M12 locking connectors. Like every model in the range, it is listed with E-Mark and uses power ignition management to start and shut down with the vehicle.

Under the ACO-6000-CML-4PM12 sits an LGA1200 socket on the Intel W480E chipset, taking 10th Gen Comet Lake processors at 35 W or 65 W, from Core i3-10100TE to Core i9-10900E and Xeon W-1290TE. Two DDR4 SODIMM sockets hold up to 64 GB at up to 2933 MHz, with ECC support on Xeon builds, and Intel UHD Graphics 630 drives three independent screens. Four PoE camera streams on the ACO-6000-CML-4PM12 sit comfortably on a Core i5 or i7, with Core i9 available for heavier analytics.

One Universal I/O bracket on the ACO-6000-CML-4PM12 carries a four-port Intel I350 PoE module with M12 connectors and up to 25.5 W per port, and the second bracket stays free. The rest of the I/O stays the same across the range: eight RS-232/422/485 ports, 8 in/8 out isolated DIO, two CAN 2.0 A/B headers, nine USB 3.2 ports, and three 2.5 inch SATA bays with RAID 0, 1 and 5.

Power comes in at 9 to 48 V DC on a terminal block, with a 48 to 110 V DC board on the -110V models, and PC/Car mode and delay time switches set how the ACO-6000-CML-4PM12 follows the ignition. Premio rates it fanless from -25 °C to 70 °C and lists CE, FCC Class A and E-Mark, plus EMC conformity with EN 50155 and EN 50121-3-2. For RJ45 cabling, the ACO-6000-CML-4P offers the same four PoE ports, and the ACO-6000-CML-8PM12 doubles the M12 PoE count.
