Premio BCO-1000-ADLN-B-X7835RE-3L 8-Core Intel Atom x7835RE Fanless Industrial PC with Triple 2.5GbE and Dual SIM

Remote equipment that reports over cellular often needs a spare network port and a second SIM for a backup carrier. The Premio BCO-1000-ADLN-B-X7835RE-3L is the eight-core Atom x7835RE three-LAN model of the BCO-1000-ADLN series, a fanless industrial PC with three 2.5GbE ports, a dual SIM socket and an M.2 B-Key for an optional 4G or 5G module.

The Intel Atom x7835RE is an eight-core, 12 W Amston Lake processor, giving more headroom than the N97 for running several services on one box. One DDR5 4800 SO-DIMM socket takes up to 16 GB. A 128 GB SSD ships in the M.2 B-Key socket, which it shares with the optional LTE, 4G or 5G module, so with a modem fitted the internal 2.5-inch SATA bay carries the OS drive. TPM 2.0 and a watchdog are built in, and Windows 11 and Linux are supported.

Three Intel I225-V 2.5GbE ports sit beside two USB 3.2 Gen 2 and two USB 2.0 ports, COM1 for RS-232/422/485 and COM2 for RS-232 on DB9, an 8-line digital I/O terminal block, and line-in, line-out and mic-in. A DisplayPort 1.4a output at 4K 60 Hz and an HDMI 1.4b output drive two independent displays. An M.2 E-Key socket takes optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and the dual SIM socket holds two SIM cards.

Power is 12 to 36 V DC on a terminal block with AT and ATX modes, with an AC/DC adapter optional. The BCO-1000-ADLN-B-X7835RE-3L runs fanless from 0 °C to 50 °C, is designed to comply with MIL-STD-810H for shock and vibration, and is UL listed to UL 62368-1 with CE, FCC Class A, UKCA and CB marks. Wall mounting is standard and a DIN-rail kit is optional. We supply it configured and tested, with memory, storage, the OS image and any cellular or Wi-Fi modules fitted. The BCO-1000-ADLN-B-N97-3L keeps this build with a quad-core Intel N97, and the DCO-1000-ASL-X7835RE puts the same processor in a DIN-rail PC with four 2.5GbE ports.
