Premio BCO-1000-ADLN Intel N97 and Atom x7835RE Fanless Industrial PCs with 2.5GbE

Not every industrial PC needs a -40 °C rating. Indoor cabinets, control rooms and signage enclosures usually need a quiet fanless box with sensible serial, USB and network ports, a proper drive bay and a modest power draw. The Premio BCO-1000-ADLN series covers that brief with fanless industrial PCs built around low-power Intel N97 and Atom x7835RE processors. The range was designed by C&T Solution, which became Premio Taiwan in January 2026.

Each BCO-1000-ADLN model uses one DDR5 4800 SO-DIMM up to 16 GB and ships with a 128 GB SSD in an M.2 B-Key socket, backed by an internal 2.5-inch SATA bay for a second drive. Two DB9 COM ports (one RS-232/422/485, one RS-232), an 8-line digital I/O terminal block, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 and two USB 2.0 ports, line-in, line-out and mic-in sit with a DisplayPort 1.4a output at 4K and an HDMI 1.4b output for two independent displays. An M.2 E-Key socket takes optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and TPM 2.0 and a watchdog are standard.

The models differ by network and processor. The BCO-1000-ADLN-B-N97-3L pairs a quad-core Intel N97 with three Intel I225-V 2.5GbE ports and a dual SIM socket, so the B-Key socket can take an optional LTE, 4G or 5G module. The BCO-1000-ADLN-B-X7835RE-3L keeps that build with an eight-core Atom x7835RE for more processing headroom. The BCO-1000-ADLN-N97-2L has two 2.5GbE ports, adds two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports for six USB in total and accepts an Intel AX210 Wi-Fi module.

In practice the BCO-1000-ADLN series suits indoor automation, digital signage, data collection and light industrial control. Power is 12 to 36 V DC on the three-LAN models and 9 to 36 V DC on the two-LAN model, through a terminal block with AT and ATX modes. Every model runs fanless from 0 °C to 50 °C, is designed to comply with MIL-STD-810H for shock and vibration, and wall mounts as standard with a DIN-rail kit optional. The three-LAN models are UL listed to UL 62368-1, and every model carries CE, FCC Class A and UKCA marks. Premio designs and builds in Greater Los Angeles, where it has worked since 1989, with ISO 9001 manufacturing quality.
