Premio BCO-500 Intel Core Ultra, N-Series and Rockchip Fanless Embedded PCs

Choosing a small fanless computer often means choosing a processor first, whether that is a low-power Intel N-series chip, a Core Ultra with an NPU or an Arm processor running Android. The Premio BCO-500 series keeps one compact, finned aluminum design across all three, so a project can move between processors without changing its mounting or cabling approach. The range was designed by C&T Solution, which became Premio Taiwan in January 2026.

Every BCO-500 model is a semi-rugged fanless embedded PC with two DB9 serial ports, a locking DC input, six antenna holes for optional wireless, and wall and VESA mounting with a DIN-rail kit optional. The Intel models use one DDR5 SO-DIMM and M.2 storage, support Windows 11 and Linux, and carry TPM 2.0. Each is designed to comply with MIL-STD-810H for shock and vibration, and every model carries CE, FCC Class A and UKCA marks with UL listing.

The BCO-500-2L-N97 and BCO-500-2L-N305 use Alder Lake-N processors (a four-core N97 or an eight-core Core i3-N305) with two 2.5GbE ports, four USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, DisplayPort and HDMI, and a 12 to 36 V DC input. The BCO-500-MTL-125U and BCO-500-MTL-155U use Core Ultra 5 and Core Ultra 7 Meteor Lake processors with an Intel NPU, DDR5 5600 up to 48 GB, three 2.5GbE ports, USB-C, two DisplayPort outputs and optional 4G or 5G, rated from -20 °C to 60 °C. The BCO-500-RK3568J uses a quad-core Rockchip Arm processor with 4 GB memory, 64 GB eMMC, dual GbE, CAN and Android 13, Debian or Ubuntu, rated from -40 °C to 70 °C.

In practice the BCO-500 series suits digital signage, factory automation, data collection, machine vision on the Core Ultra models and CAN-connected equipment on the Rockchip model. Temperature ratings follow the processor, from -10 °C to 45 °C on the i3-N305 up to -40 °C to 70 °C on the RK3568J, so the model choice also sets the site envelope.
