Premio WCO-3000-ORN-A NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX or Orin Nano IP66 Waterproof Computer with 4x M12 LAN and CAN Bus

Cameras and sensors on vehicles, roadside poles and outdoor equipment often sit where rain, spray and dust reach the computer too. The Premio WCO-3000-ORN-A is the IP66 build of the WCO-3000-ORN series, a fanless waterproof edge AI computer on NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX or Orin Nano, with M12 connectors for LAN, serial, CAN, DIO, audio and power.

The module sets the performance, from 20 TOPS on Orin Nano 4GB to 100 TOPS on Orin NX 16GB, or up to 157 TOPS on Orin NX 16GB in Super Mode at 40 W. Storage is an M.2 M key PCIe x4 NVMe SSD (128 GB by default) and a Micro SD 3.0 slot. The WCO-3000-ORN-A runs JetPack 6.2 on Ubuntu 22.04, with TPM 2.0.

LAN is four X-coded M12 ports, one GbE and three Intel 2.5GbE, and an optional PoE module supplies four of them at 15 W each. Two RS-232/422/485 ports, a CAN 2.0 B port, four isolated digital inputs and four outputs, and a microphone and line-out pair all use A-coded M12 connectors. There is also one USB 3.2 Gen 2 and one USB 2.0 port and HDMI. M.2 B key and E key sockets take optional 4G/5G and Wi-Fi, and four waterproof Fakra-Z GMSL2 camera inputs are optional.

Power is 9 to 48 V DC on a K-coded M12 connector, with ignition management and an optional AC/DC adapter. The unit runs from -20 °C to 65 °C at 15 W, to 60 °C at 25 W and to 50 °C at 40 W, and it is designed to comply with MIL-STD-810H for shock and vibration. It carries E-Mark, CE, FCC Class B and UL 62368-1 marks with EMC to EN 50121-3-2, and mounts on a wall. We supply it configured and tested, with the NVMe SSD, JetPack image, wireless modules and antennas fitted. The JCO-1000-ORN-C-2M12 keeps M12 LAN without the IP66 sealing, and the JCO-6000-ORN-A-2EBIO steps up to Jetson AGX Orin.
