FCCIBOX-650P-IP66-2S-01-JAO64 Overview
Two serial ports and four GMSL-2 cameras are what set the IBOX-650P-IP66-2S-01-JAO64 apart within the Sintrones IBOX-650P-IP66-2S-DIO series. Vehicles and mobile machines often still talk to GNSS receivers, passenger displays or controllers over RS-232 or RS-485 while adding camera AI, and this rugged embedded computer handles both in one sealed IP66 unit on the Jetson AGX Orin 64GB.
The AGX Orin 64GB module carries a 12-core Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU, a 2048-core NVIDIA GPU and 64 GB of LPDDR5, rated at up to 275 TOPS, so several high-resolution camera streams and other sensor inputs can be processed together. The system BSP sits on the module’s 64 GB eMMC, an M.2 2280 M key slot takes an NVMe SSD, and the unit runs NVIDIA JetPack 6.2 or above. Sintrones gives Jetson Orin module availability through January 2032.
Both RS-232/422/485 ports use M12 connectors, and the VDB-101 board adds four GMSL-2 inputs on FAKRA-Z. Networking is one Marvell 10GbE port and two Intel 2.5GbE ports with IEEE 802.3at PoE PSE Class 4 at 30 W per port, on Phoenix Contact M12 X-coded connectors, so two IP cameras or a LiDAR can be powered from the computer. Two CAN FD ports on M8 A-coded connectors, an IP67 HDMI output and two IP67 USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports complete the I/O. An M.2 B key slot with Nano SIM, an M.2 E key slot and a full-size mPCIe slot take optional WWAN, Wi-Fi and GNSS.
The IBOX-650P-IP66-2S-01-JAO64 takes 9 to 60 V DC on a Phoenix Contact M12 K-coded connector, with ignition detection, smart power management and an optional backup battery. It is rated from -25 °C to 70 °C with 0.6 m/s airflow, tested to MIL-STD-810H, has E-Mark compliance, CE and FCC Class A, lists ECE R118, and is designed to EN 50155 and EN 45545-2 (R25) requirements. The 5.1 kg wall-mount unit measures 300 x 190 x 77.5 mm. The IBOX-650P-IP66-2S-JAO64-LE drops the camera board, and the IBOX-650P-IP66-DIO-01-JAO64 swaps one serial port for digital I/O.
