FCCIBOX-650P-IP66-DIO-01-JAO64 Overview
Digital I/O plus four GMSL-2 cameras lets the IBOX-650P-IP66-DIO-01-JAO64 close the loop on a machine: read a sensor or switch, run inference on the camera feeds, then drive a beacon, relay or valve. It is the DIO build with GMSL-2 in the Sintrones IBOX-650P-IP66-2S-DIO series, a sealed IP66 rugged embedded computer on the Jetson AGX Orin 64GB, which can suit mining, agricultural and construction machines and other mobile equipment.
AI work runs on the AGX Orin 64GB: a 12-core Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU, a 2048-core NVIDIA GPU and 64 GB of LPDDR5, rated at up to 275 TOPS. Four camera streams, CAN data and digital signals can be handled on the one module, and the system BSP is pre-installed on its 64 GB eMMC with NVIDIA JetPack 6.2 or above. An M.2 2280 M key slot takes an NVMe SSD, and Sintrones states Jetson Orin module availability through January 2032.
The shared COM2/DIO port is wired as a 12-pin DIO connector on this build, giving four digital inputs and four digital outputs at 12 V DC/100 mA, one 5 to 60 V analog input and one 12 V DC PWM output, with COM1 left as one RS-232/422/485 port on M12. The VDB-101 board brings four GMSL-2 inputs on FAKRA-Z. Networking is one 10GbE and two 2.5GbE ports with IEEE 802.3at PoE+ at 30 W per port on M12 X-code, with two CAN FD ports on M8, IP67 HDMI and two IP67 USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports. Optional WWAN, Wi-Fi and GNSS fit the M.2 and mPCIe slots.
A Phoenix Contact M12 K-coded connector takes 9 to 60 V DC, with ignition detection, smart power management and an optional backup battery. The IBOX-650P-IP66-DIO-01-JAO64 is rated from -25 °C to 70 °C with 0.6 m/s airflow and tested to MIL-STD-810H, has E-Mark compliance, lists ECE R118, CE and FCC Class A, and is designed to EN 50155 and EN 45545-2 (R25) requirements. It wall mounts at 300 x 190 x 77.5 mm and 5.1 kg. The IBOX-650P-IP66-DIO-JAO64-LE is the same DIO build without cameras, and the IBOX-650P-IP66-2S-01-JAO64 has two serial ports instead.
