FCCIBOX-650P-IP66-DIO-JAO64-LE Overview
Without a camera deserialiser board, the IBOX-650P-IP66-DIO-JAO64-LE is the simplest way into digital I/O within the Sintrones IBOX-650P-IP66-2S-DIO series. IP cameras connect over PoE+, and the computer can switch outputs, read inputs and monitor an analog signal from the same sealed IP66 rugged embedded computer on the Jetson AGX Orin 64GB. It suits machine monitoring, gate and barrier control, and similar jobs at the roadside or on mobile plant.
Compute comes from the AGX Orin 64GB, rated at up to 275 TOPS from a 2048-core NVIDIA GPU, a 12-core Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU and 64 GB of LPDDR5. That gives a handful of IP cameras plenty of headroom, with room for larger models or more streams later. The BSP is pre-installed on the module’s 64 GB eMMC, running NVIDIA JetPack 6.2 or above, with an M.2 2280 M key slot for an NVMe SSD.
On this build the shared COM2/DIO port provides four digital inputs, four digital outputs at 12 V DC/100 mA, a 5 to 60 V analog input and a 12 V DC PWM output, while COM1 stays as one RS-232/422/485 port on M12. Two Intel 2.5GbE ports with IEEE 802.3at PoE PSE Class 4 at 30 W per port and a Marvell 10GbE port use Phoenix Contact M12 X-coded connectors. The IBOX-650P-IP66-DIO-JAO64-LE also has two CAN FD ports on M8, an IP67 HDMI output and two IP67 USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, with M.2 and mPCIe slots for optional WWAN, Wi-Fi and GNSS.
It runs on 9 to 60 V DC through a Phoenix Contact M12 K-coded connector, with overcurrent, overvoltage, surge and reverse polarity protection, ignition detection and smart power management, and Sintrones offers an optional backup battery. The unit is rated from -25 °C to 70 °C with 0.6 m/s airflow and tested to MIL-STD-810H. It has E-Mark compliance, lists ECE R118, CE and FCC Class A, and is designed to EN 50155 and EN 45545-2 (R25) requirements. Add GMSL-2 cameras with the IBOX-650P-IP66-DIO-01-JAO64, or a second serial port with the IBOX-650P-IP66-2S-JAO64-LE.
