Where the cameras are IP models on the network rather than GMSL-2, a camera deserialiser board is not needed. The IBOX-650P-IP66-2S-JAO64-LE is the build of the Sintrones IBOX-650P-IP66-2S-DIO series that leaves the GMSL-2 board out and keeps two RS-232/422/485 ports, 10GbE and two PoE+ ports, in a sealed IP66 rugged embedded computer on the Jetson AGX Orin 64GB.

With a 12-core Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU, a 2048-core NVIDIA GPU and 64 GB of LPDDR5, the AGX Orin 64GB is rated at up to 275 TOPS, which gives room for several IP camera streams alongside analytics on serial and CAN data. JetPack 6.2 or above comes pre-installed as the system BSP on 64 GB of eMMC within the module, with an M.2 2280 M key slot for an NVMe SSD for recordings and data.

The two 2.5GbE ports are Intel controllers with IEEE 802.3at PoE PSE Class 4 at 30 W per port, and the Marvell 10GbE port suits a link to a recorder, local server or vehicle backbone; all three use Phoenix Contact M12 X-coded connectors. The IBOX-650P-IP66-2S-JAO64-LE has two RS-232/422/485 ports on M12 and two CAN FD ports on M8 A-coded connectors, plus IP67 HDMI with audio and two IP67 USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports. Optional WWAN with Nano SIM, Wi-Fi and a GNSS module fit the M.2 B key, M.2 E key and full-size mPCIe slots.

Power is 9 to 60 V DC through a Phoenix Contact M12 K-coded connector, with ignition detection, smart power management, overcurrent, overvoltage, surge and reverse polarity protection, and an optional backup battery. Rated from -25 °C to 70 °C with 0.6 m/s airflow, it is tested to MIL-STD-810H shock and vibration, has E-Mark compliance and lists ECE R118, CE and FCC Class A, and is designed to EN 50155 and EN 45545-2 (R25) requirements. Sintrones builds it for wall mounting. Add four GMSL-2 cameras with the IBOX-650P-IP66-2S-01-JAO64, or digital I/O with the IBOX-650P-IP66-DIO-JAO64-LE.
