Vecow EAC-5100-R32 NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 32GB Industrial Fanless PC with 4x PoE+

Many camera analytics and machine projects need AGX Orin I/O and CAN more than they need the largest module. The EAC-5100-R32 keeps the four PoE+ camera ports, isolated CAN FD and PCIe x8 slot with the 32GB AGX Orin module. It is the 32GB industrial fanless PC in the Vecow EAC-5100 series.

The EAC-5100-R32 runs an NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 32GB module with an 8-core Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU, a 1792-core NVIDIA Ampere GPU with 56 Tensor cores and two NVDLA engines, with 32 GB LPDDR5 memory and 64 GB of eMMC. The 32GB module trades GPU cores and memory for lower power, and still encodes one 4K HEVC stream at 60 fps or six at 1080p60. It runs Linux with the NVIDIA JetPack SDK, and one digital display output supports up to 8K at 60 Hz.

Networking on the EAC-5100-R32 is two GbE LAN ports plus four IEEE 802.3at GbE PoE+ ports at 25.5 W each, all on RJ45 with optional X-coded M12 connectors. Two isolated CAN FD ports, 16 isolated DIO, two COM ports, one USB 3.1 Gen 2 and four USB 3.1 ports handle machine control, and a PCIe x8 slot takes a 10GbE, PoE or USB card. Two M.2 Key M NVMe sockets, M.2 Key B and Key E sockets and dual SIM complete the I/O.

The industrial fanless PC runs on 9 V to 50 V DC through a terminal block, with 16-mode software ignition control and a remote switch. The 260 x 182 x 69 mm, 3.8 kg unit wall-mounts, with DIN-rail and VESA kits optional, and Vecow rates it from -20 °C to 70 °C in 30 W mode and -20 °C to 55 °C in 40 or 50 W modes, with MIL-STD-810G operating shock and vibration and EN 50155 and EN 50121-3-2 EMC listings.
