Vecow SPC-9000-135U Intel Meteor Lake Core Ultra 5 135U Mini Industrial PC with Two COM Ports, 9 to 55V DC and -40 to 60 °C

Factory automation cells and vending machines tend to need serial links, a couple of screens and a dependable network more than a top-tier CPU. The Vecow SPC-9000-135U covers that as the Core Ultra 5 heat-spreader build of the SPC-9000 series, slim enough to fit behind a panel or inside a machine.

The Intel Core Ultra 5 135U is a Meteor Lake-U processor with 12 cores, Intel graphics and an Intel AI Boost NPU rated at 11 TOPS. One DDR5 5600 SO-DIMM socket takes up to 48 GB. With Intel vPro, TCC and TPM 2.0 support, the SPC-9000-135U can run HMI software, light vision and remote management side by side, on Windows 11 or Linux.

Networking is two Intel I226 2.5GbE ports with TSN, and two COM ports configurable for RS-232, RS-422 or RS-485 carry 8 kV ESD protection. Displays run from HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 1.4 and DisplayPort over a USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 Type-C port, with two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A alongside. Storage is an M.2 2280 M key socket on PCIe 4.0 x4 or SATA and an internal SATA III drive bay. An M.2 B key socket with an external nano SIM takes an optional 4G or 5G module, an M.2 E key socket takes optional Wi-Fi, and an optional SUMIT B module, in a customized chassis, can add 10GigE, 10G SFP+ or 4G.

Power is 9 to 55 V DC on a terminal block, with 16-mode software ignition control and AT/ATX mode selection. The SPC-9000-135U is rated from -40 °C to 60 °C with airflow, with shock to IEC 60068-2-27 and vibration to IEC 60068-2-64. Vecow lists CE, FCC and ICES marks and EN 50155 and EN 50121-3-2 compliance. Wall mounting is standard, with optional VESA and DIN rail kits. We supply it configured and tested, with memory, storage and the OS image fitted. The SPC-9000-165U moves to a Core Ultra 7, and the SPC-9200-135U adds a fan sink for 70 °C.
