Vecow TGS-1000-165H Intel Core Ultra 7 165H Embedded Industrial PC with 2.5GbE TSN, Triple 4K Display and Stackable I/O

Office communication, gaming and light industrial systems often start with a simple I/O list that grows over the life of the project. The Vecow TGS-1000-165H is the base unit of the TGS-1000 series with the Core Ultra 7 165H, and its docking connectors let extra I/O be stacked on later rather than replacing the computer.

The Intel Core Ultra 7 165H is a Meteor Lake-H processor with 16 cores, built-in Intel Arc graphics and an Intel AI Boost NPU, and Vecow quotes up to 34 TOPS across the processor. Two DDR5 5600 SO-DIMM sockets take up to 96 GB. That gives the TGS-1000-165H room for OpenVINO inference, multi-screen applications and general workloads on Windows 11 or Linux.

Networking is a single Intel I226 2.5GbE port with TSN support. Displays run from two HDMI 2.1 outputs at up to 4096 x 2304 at 60 Hz and DisplayPort 1.4 through the USB-C port. USB covers two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, two USB 2.0 and one USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 Type-C, with mic-in and line-out audio. Storage is two M.2 M key sockets on PCIe 4.0 x4, one 2280 and one 2242, and an M.2 E key socket takes an optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module. The base unit has no SIM slot, so 4G is added through the optional TGS-107 module.

Power is 12 to 24 V DC on a three-pin terminal block. This embedded industrial PC is fan-cooled and rated from 0 °C to 55 °C with airflow, storing from -40 °C to 85 °C, with shock and vibration tested to IEC 61373. Vecow lists CE, FCC and ICES marks and EN 50155 and EN 50121-3-2 compliance. Wall mounting is standard, with optional VESA and DIN rail kits. We supply it configured and tested, with memory, storage and the OS image fitted. The TGS-1000-135H is the Core Ultra 5 version, and the TGS-1500-165H adds an MXM layer.
