Vecow TGS-1000 Intel Core Ultra Embedded Industrial PCs with 2.5GbE TSN and Optional MXM GPU

Signage, gaming and office systems tend to collect extra requirements over time: another screen, a serial device, isolated I/O or a GPU for a new application. The Vecow TGS-1000 series answers that with a stackable design, where optional docking modules and an MXM layer extend the same embedded industrial PC instead of swapping it out.

Every TGS-1000 model runs an Intel Core Ultra 7 165H with 16 cores or a Core Ultra 5 135H with 14 cores, each with Intel Arc graphics and an Intel AI Boost NPU, and Vecow quotes up to 34 TOPS across the processor. Two DDR5 5600 SO-DIMM sockets take up to 96 GB, and two M.2 M key sockets on PCIe 4.0 x4 hold NVMe drives. I/O is one Intel I226 2.5GbE port with TSN, two HDMI 2.1 outputs, DisplayPort through a USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 Type-C port, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 and two USB 2.0, with an M.2 E key socket for optional Wi-Fi. Optional TGS-101 to TGS-107 modules add GPIO, isolated DIO, isolated COM, USB, LAN or 4G.

The TGS-1000-165H and TGS-1000-135H are the base units, on 12 to 24 V DC and rated from 0 °C to 55 °C with airflow. The TGS-1500-165H and TGS-1500-135H add an MXM layer for an optional Type A MXM GPU by request, with two more DisplayPort outputs for up to five independent displays. The TGS-1550-165H and TGS-1550-135H use a deeper layer for an optional Type B MXM GPU, with wall or table-stand mounting. The MXM models run on 24 V DC from 0 °C to 45 °C with airflow.

In practice the TGS-1000 series suits multi-screen signage, gaming cabinets, meeting-room and office systems, and light industrial control. Every model is fan-cooled, stores from -40 °C to 85 °C and is tested for shock and vibration to IEC 61373. Vecow lists CE, FCC and ICES marks and EN 50155 and EN 50121-3-2 compliance across the series, and supports Windows 11 and Linux. These embedded industrial PCs give a clear path from a base unit to a GPU-equipped system on the same footprint, with the same software image carried across.
