ViviSign SD33M-ANDROID 33″ Android Square Display with 1920 x 1920 LCD, Tempered Glass and 500 Nits

Large square screens in malls and supermarkets are often fixed to columns or walls where there is little room for a separate player and its cabling. The SD33M-ANDROID keeps playback inside the display: it is the Android build in the ViviSign SD33M series, pairing a 33 inch 1920 x 1920 native square LCD at 500 nits with an integrated Android 7.1 player.

The player runs on a quad-core Cortex-A17 processor with Mali-T764 graphics, 2 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal memory, suited to looping images, video and playlists. Content is updated from USB or through a CMS, and third-party CMS software can be installed. The panel has a 596.16 mm square active area, 16.7 million colors, 1000:1 contrast and 178° viewing angles, behind a glossy tempered glass front that protects it in public areas.

The player provides two USB 2.0 ports, a wired LAN connection and Wi-Fi, with Bluetooth available as an option, so a group of screens can be managed from one CMS over the building network. Where content already comes from an external player, the SD33M is the HDMI monitor build of the same display, and the SD265M-ANDROID offers the Android player with a 99% sRGB IPS panel at 26.5 inch.

Power comes from an external 100 to 240 V AC, 50/60 Hz supply delivering 12 V DC, with the SD33M rated at 75 W. It operates from 0 °C to 40 °C at 10 to 80% humidity. The display measures 617.9 x 617.9 x 36 mm and weighs 10 kg, with an ultra narrow bezel and a mounting bracket available as an option. ViviSign names museums, exhibition halls, shopping malls and supermarkets as the intended settings.
