Winmate FM07 7″ Vehicle Mount Computer with Intel Celeron N3350 or Pentium N4200 and MIL-STD-810G

Many forklift fleets still run Windows terminal emulation or warehouse management clients, and a small screen that bolts to the overhead guard is often all the driver needs. The FM07 is Winmate’s 7 inch vehicle mount computer for that role, with an Intel Celeron N3350 as standard or an Intel Pentium N4200 as an option, and a 7″ 1024 x 600 PCAP touch screen. Winmate names warehouse logistics, fleet management and forklift operations as its intended uses.

Memory is 4 GB as standard with 8 GB as an option, and storage is a 128 GB M.2 2242 SSD. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows or Linux Ubuntu 20.04 are available. The 1000 nit display has 800:1 contrast and 85 degree viewing angles, which helps when the truck moves between dim aisles and bright dock doors, and five programmable function keys sit below it. That gives the FM07 enough processing for picking screens, terminal emulation and a browser-based WMS client.

I/O covers one Gigabit LAN port on an M12 connector, two USB ports through a DB9, one RS-232/422/485 port, two CANBus ports and five digital inputs with three digital outputs, plus a SIM slot. WLAN, Bluetooth and GPS/GLONASS are built in, with 4G/LTE as an option. Within the Winmate range the FM07E uses the same 7 inch housing with an Intel Atom x6413E and Windows 11 as an option, and the FM10Q9 is a 10.4″ Android terminal with a Qualcomm QCS6490 for fleets moving to Android.

Power is 9 to 36 V DC with ignition control and a 35 W maximum, and a 1.8 m M12 power cable is supplied. The fanless housing is rated IP65 dustproof and waterproof, is compliant with MIL-STD-810G Method 516.6 shock and Method 514.6 vibration, and runs from -20 to 60 °C. It mounts on a RAM bracket and carries CE, FCC and E-mark. We supply the FM07 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
