Winmate FM07MG 7″ Android Vehicle Mount Computer with MediaTek Genio 510 and MIL-STD-810H

Warehouse teams increasingly run picking and dispatch apps on Android, and a vehicle terminal that runs the same apps as handheld scanners keeps training and support simple. The FM07MG is Winmate’s 7 inch Android vehicle mount computer for that approach, built around a MediaTek Genio 510 with a 7″ 1024 x 600 PCAP touch screen. Winmate names warehouse logistics, fleet management and forklift operations as its intended uses.

The Genio 510 has six cores, two Arm Cortex-A78 and four Cortex-A55 at 2.0 GHz, with 4 GB of LPDDR4, 64 GB of onboard storage and a microSD slot for up to 32 GB. Android 13 is the default, with Linux Yocto 5.10 with Qt 5.15 or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 as options. The 1000 nit display has 800:1 contrast and 85 degree viewing angles, which helps in bright yards and dock doors, and five programmable function keys sit below it.

I/O covers one Gigabit LAN port on an M12 connector, two USB ports through a DB9, one USB Type-C port, one RS-232/422/485 port, one CANBus port and five digital inputs with three digital outputs. WLAN is built in, with 4G/LTE, GPS/GLONASS with the WWAN option, and NFC as options. Within the Winmate range the FM07 uses the same 7 inch housing with an Intel Celeron or Pentium and Windows, and the FM10Q9 is a 10.4″ Android terminal with a Qualcomm QCS6490 and Android 15 for larger screens.

Power is 9 to 24 V DC with ignition control, and an M12 power cable is supplied. The fanless housing is rated IP65, is compliant with MIL-STD-810H Method 516.8 shock and Method 514.8 vibration, and runs from -20 to 60 °C at 10 to 95% humidity. It mounts on RAM or VESA brackets and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the FM07MG configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
