Winmate R10IB3S-VMT2(HB) 10.4″ Rugged Vehicle Mount Panel PC with Intel Celeron N2930 and Front IP65

Forklift and warehouse vehicle terminals see constant vibration, supply voltages from 12 V to 48 V and dock doors that let in cold air and dust. The R10IB3S-VMT2(HB) is Winmate’s 10.4 inch G-WIN vehicle mount panel PC: a fanless Intel Celeron N2930 computer and a 1024 x 768 screen in an aluminum housing with an IP65 front.

The Intel Celeron N2930 runs at 1.83 GHz with bursts to 2.16 GHz, with one DDR3L-1600 SO-DIMM fitted with 4 GB and an 8 GB option. Storage is a 128 GB mSATA SSD with 256 GB and 512 GB options, and Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 20.04 can be supplied. The standard panel runs at 350 nits with 1000:1 contrast and 176° viewing angles, and a high-brightness sunlight-readable panel is available for vehicles that work outdoors. Resistive touch or protection glass are front options.

Two Gigabit Ethernet ports on Intel controllers sit alongside one USB 3.2 Gen 1 and one USB 2.0 port, one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 port and an optional HDMI 1.4 output. A Mini-PCIe slot takes a Wi-Fi module with antenna for warehouse networks. The R08IB3S-VMU1 is the 8.4 inch model in the same housing, and the R10IK3S-VMT2(HB) is the 10.4 inch version with an Intel Core i5.

Power is an isolated 10 to 60 V DC input on a 3-pin terminal block, with ignition on/off control as an option. The R10IB3S-VMT2(HB) is fanless, operates from -10 °C to 55 °C and is designed to meet EN 50155, with vibration tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 514.6 and shock to Method 516.6 as an option. It carries CE and FCC marks, measures 315 x 250 x 67 mm, weighs 2.9 kg and mounts on 75 x 75 mm VESA or a yoke stand.
