Winmate R15L100-67C3POD 15″ Full IP67 Rugged Monitor with MIL-STD-810G and M12 Connectors

Outdoor kiosks, public information points and industrial monitoring screens take rain, dust and knocks, and often run from a DC supply. The R15L100-67C3POD is Winmate’s 15 inch full IP67 rugged monitor for those sites, with a 15″ XGA panel at 1000 nits behind bonded PCAP multi-touch, in an aluminum housing tested to MIL-STD-810G for shock and vibration.

The 15″ XGA panel runs at 1000 nits with 2000:1 contrast, 16.2 million colors and 176 degree viewing angles in both directions, so the picture typically stays readable in direct light. Projected capacitive multi-touch is optically bonded to the panel for clarity, and true flat protection glass bonded to the panel is an option. A built-in ambient light sensor and a menu key adjust brightness automatically or by hand, with a day/night mode button for night shifts.

Video comes in on an M12 VGA connector and a waterproof HDMI connector, and touch runs over USB on its own M12 connector, with RS-232 touch and RS-232 remote control available as M12 options. Waterproof external VGA, HDMI, USB and power cables are supplied with three waterproof caps, and LEDs show power and lock status. Within the Winmate range the W22L100-67A3POD is the 21.5 inch Full HD version of this full IP67 design at 1500 nits, and the R15L100-67C3(HB) is the 15 inch IP67 model with bonded five-wire resistive touch and M12 connectors.

Power is a wide 9 to 36 V DC input with isolation on an M12 waterproof connector, with an AC adapter as an optional accessory. The fanless aluminum housing with a polyester powder coat runs from -10 °C to 55 °C, or from -25 °C to 60 °C with the intelligent heater, and stores from -30 °C to 70 °C, and the unit is sealed to IP67 as a full IP67 monitor, with MIL-STD-810G Method 516.6 shock and Method 514.6 vibration testing listed. It mounts on VESA arms, brackets or stands, and it carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the R15L100-67C3POD configured and tested before dispatch.
