Winmate R15L600-PCC3(HB) 15″ PCAP Touch Monitor with MIL-STD-810G and Optional 1000 Nit Panel

A display fitted to a machine or a busy production line can take knocks and vibration as well as splashes at the front, and it still needs to connect to a computer that sits elsewhere. The R15L600-PCC3(HB) is Winmate’s 15 inch chassis touch monitor for that set-up: a 15″ 1024 x 768 XGA projected capacitive display, sealed to IP65 at the front, with a true flat, easy-to-clean front surface.

The 1024 x 768 panel runs at 300 nits with 2000:1 contrast and 176 degree viewing angles. A 1000 nit panel is optional where the monitor faces strong ambient light or sunlight. The 4:3 format suits HMI and SCADA screens laid out for older square-format displays. Projected capacitive multi-touch reports to the host computer over USB, so swipe and pinch gestures work through the glass, and protection glass and an anti-glare coating are optional.

Video comes in over VGA as standard, with HDMI and DVI as options, and a single USB port carries touch back to the computer. An audio line-in and two speakers are optional. Five keys (minus, plus, power, Esc and Enter) run the on-screen menu for brightness and input settings. Within the Winmate range, the R15L600-PPC3(HB) is the panel mount version, and the R15L600-PCC3OD is the 1000 nit sunlight readable chassis monitor.

Power is 12 V DC, with a 24 V DC input as an option, and the monitor comes with VGA and HDMI cables, a 100 to 240 V AC to DC adapter and a power cord. The 15 inch monitor runs fanless from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, stores from -20 °C to 60 °C and carries CE and FCC marks. It is tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 516.6 for shock and Method 514.6 for vibration.
