Winmate R17L100-67M1ST 17″ IP67 Stainless Steel Resistive Touch Monitor with 316 Housing and SXGA Panel

Operators on a food or pharmaceutical line often wear gloves and clean everything around them with water and chemicals. The R17L100-67M1ST is Winmate’s 17 inch IP67 stainless steel monitor, with a SUS 316 / AISI 316 housing and resistive touch bonded to a 1280 x 1024 panel.

The 5:4 SXGA panel delivers 350 nits with a 1000:1 contrast ratio, 16.2 million colors and 170 degree horizontal and 160 degree vertical viewing angles. Resistive touch bonded to the panel responds to gloved fingers, and protection glass without touch is an option for display-only positions. The 5:4 format gives SCADA and batch screens more vertical room than a 4:3 panel.

Every connection is sealed: VGA and 12 V DC enter on M12 waterproof connectors, the touch screen connects over optional USB or RS-232 on its own M12 connector, and DVI or HDMI are available as waterproof options. Power and status LEDs and a five-button OSD are on the rear. Where PCAP touch and IP65 are the better match, the R17L100-SPM1 is the 17 inch alternative, and the R15L100-SPC369 offers IP69K for hot high-pressure washdown.

The stainless chassis measures 418 x 350 x 59 mm and mounts on 100 x 100 mm VESA or an optional yoke stand. A 100 to 240 V AC adapter with a waterproof connector, sealed VGA cable and waterproof caps are supplied. It is fanless, operates from 0 to 45 °C at 10 to 90% non-condensing humidity, stores from -20 to 60 °C and carries CE and FCC marks.
