Winmate R17L100-MLA1FP 17″ Rack Mount PCAP Touch Defense Monitor with MIL-STD-810G and 461E Compliance

Defense and command systems need a display that passes the same environmental and EMC testing as the rest of the rack. The R17L100-MLA1FP is Winmate’s 17 inch rack mount defense monitor, compliant with MIL-STD-810G and MIL-STD-461E, with PCAP multi-touch and a MIL-DTL-38999/1 power connector.

The 5:4 SXGA panel runs at 1280 x 1024 with 350 nits, a 1000:1 contrast ratio and 16.7 million colors. Projected capacitive multi-touch connects over USB for map and tactical software, and PCAP with ITO film is an option where EMI performance matters. A seven-key OSD includes day/night and lock/unlock keys, so operators can dim the screen and prevent accidental changes. The active area measures 337.9 x 270.3 mm, sized for map and tactical displays.

Video inputs cover VGA, five BNC connectors for RGBHV and DVI-D, which suits both legacy radar and sensor feeds and newer digital sources. Where AR protection glass without touch is the better fit, the R17L100-RKA1ML is the protective glass build, and the R19L100-MLA3FP offers the same PCAP rack design on a 19 inch panel with a front IP65 rating.

The fanless metal housing with an aluminum bezel measures 482.6 x 399.3 x 79.6 mm and mounts in a rack or on 100 x 100 mm VESA. Power is 100 to 240 V AC universal as standard, with 9 to 36 V DC as an option. It operates from -20 to 60 °C at up to 95% RH, stores from -30 to 70 °C and carries CE and FCC marks. Winmate names defense operations, field command, command centres and training simulators as target uses.
