Every extra cable in a kiosk or machine is another connector to route, secure and check. The W07L100-POT1-C is Winmate’s 7 inch open frame touch monitor built around a single USB Type-C connection: a 1024 x 600 LCD with projected capacitive multi-touch in a fanless open metal frame, with no separate video input or DC supply to wire.
The WSVGA panel runs at 320 nits with a 500:1 contrast ratio, 16.7 million colors and viewing angles of 150° horizontally and 145° vertically. The PCAP touch screen supports multi-touch gestures, and a protection glass is available as an option, which suits compact menus and control screens designed for tap and swipe.
The only connector is a USB Type-C port working in Alt mode, and the monitor draws its power from the same port at 5 V and 3 A. Winmate offers standard, lockable and waterproof USB-C cables as options, plus two speakers. Where the host only has VGA, the W07L100-POT1 is the same frame with a VGA input and 12 V DC, and the W10L100-POH2-C brings USB Type-C to 10.1 inches.
The W07L100-POT1-C operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and stores from -10 °C to 60 °C. The frame measures 190 x 139.6 x 34 mm and fixes by 75 x 75 mm VESA holes or panel mounting brackets, with a five-key on-screen display menu on the rear. The monitor carries CE and FCC marks. Because the monitor takes its power from the host, the host port must supply 5 V at 3 A, and no separate adapter is needed at the screen.
