Winmate W12L100-GSB1 12.3″ Full IP65 PCAP Touch Monitor with MIL-STD-810G and 1000 Nit 1920 x 720 Display

On outdoor equipment, wash-down machinery and mobile plant, a front-only seal is not enough and loose connectors are a weak point. The W12L100-GSB1 is Winmate’s 12.3 inch G-WIN GS series monitor for those sites: a 1920 x 720 bar display in a fully sealed IP65 housing, with M12 type connectors and a flat, edge-to-edge front that simplifies cleaning. It connects to a separate rugged computer.

The 12.3″ panel runs at 1000 nits with 1000:1 contrast and 176 degree viewing angles, so it stays readable outdoors. Projected capacitive multi-touch supports gestures and connects over USB. Winmate states compliance with MIL-STD-810F/G for shock and vibration, and lists 40g shock for 11 ms and vibration of 1.48, 1.90 and 2.24 g rms on the three axes from 5 to 500 Hz.

Video comes in over VGA, and touch runs over a USB port, both on M12 type connectors. A five-key OSD handles set-up. A VGA cable, a USB touch cable, an M12 power cable, three I/O protective caps and a quick start guide are supplied. The W12L100-GCB1 is the 12.3 inch G-WIN GC model with front IP65 sealing, optional HDMI or DVI and a 12 V supply, and the W12MG3S-GSB1 is the panel PC on this sealed design with a six-core MediaTek Genio 510.

The 12.3 inch monitor runs from a 9 to 36 V DC input on an M12 connector, so it can take power from vehicle or plant supplies. It runs fanless from -15 °C to 55 °C at 10 to 95% humidity and stores from -30 °C to 60 °C. The metal housing with an aluminum bezel mounts into a panel cut-out or on VESA, and the monitor carries CE and FCC marks.
