Winmate W22IT7T-GCA3 21.5″ G-WIN Front IP65 Panel PC with 11th Gen Intel Core i5 and MIL-STD-810G

A full HD touch screen on a kiosk, a production stand or a mobile cart needs a front that wipes clean and a housing that copes with knocks. The W22IT7T-GCA3 is Winmate’s 21.5 inch G-WIN front IP65 panel PC for that, with a 21.5″ 1920 x 1080 PCAP multi-touch screen at 250 nits and 3000:1 contrast, and an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7.

The Core i5-1135G7 runs at 2.4 GHz with turbo up to 4.2 GHz and Intel Iris Xe graphics. Two non-ECC SO-DIMM sockets take up to 64 GB, and storage is a 128 GB SSD as standard with options to 4 TB on an M.2 2242/2280 M-key slot that takes SATA or NVMe drives, plus an optional 2.5″ SATA III drive. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04, which typically covers HMI, SCADA and kiosk software on the W22IT7T-GCA3.

Connections include one 2.5GbE and one Gigabit LAN port on Intel controllers, four USB 3.2 Gen 2×1 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 port (RS-232 by default) and one RS-232 port, DisplayPort 1.4 with optional HDMI 2.0, and mic in and line out. An M.2 2230 E-key slot takes optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Within the Winmate range the W22IAD7T-GCA3 is the same 21.5 inch G-WIN design with LGA1700 Intel Core processors, and the W22IT7T-PPA3 puts this processor in an aluminum panel mount housing with a PCIe slot.

Power is 12 V DC on a DIN 4-pin connector, with an AC adapter, power cable and quick start guide supplied. The fanless metal housing with a plastic bezel runs from 0 to 50 °C, stores from -20 to 60 °C and is rated IP65 at the front. Winmate lists MIL-STD-810G Method 516.6 Procedure I for shock and Method 514.6 Procedure I for vibration. VESA mounting is standard, with panel mounting as an option. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the W22IT7T-GCA3 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
