A shared tactical display gets used by several people at once, pointing, zooming and marking up, so it needs both resolution and touch. The W32L100-MLA1FP is Winmate’s 32 inch rack mount PCAP touch defense monitor: a fanless 3840 x 2160 display with projected capacitive multi-touch and a defence-grade power connector.
The 16:9 panel runs at 3840 x 2160 with 350 nits brightness, a 1000:1 contrast ratio, 178° viewing angles and 1.07 billion colors. Projected capacitive multi-touch sits over the panel and connects to the host over USB, and a build with ITO film is an option. Five capacitive keys on the bezel handle power, brightness, OSD and escape.
Video inputs are VGA, DVI and DisplayPort 1.2 as standard, with HDMI 1.4 and HDMI 2.0 as options, plus an optional RS-232 port for remote control and an optional audio line in. The W32L100-MLA1FG is the protective glass version without touch, and the W32L100-MLA3FP gives PCAP touch on a 1920 x 1080 panel at 400 nits with a 4000:1 contrast ratio.
Power is 100 to 240 V AC universal on a MIL-DTL-38999/1 defence-grade connector, with 9 to 36 V DC as an ordering option for vehicle and shelter supplies. Winmate lists compliance with MIL-STD-810G/H methods for vibration (514.6), humidity (507.5) and transit drop (516.6) and with MIL-STD-461 emissions and susceptibility tests including RE101/RE102, CE101/CE102 and RS101/RS103. The monitor measures 825 x 486 x 88.3 mm, runs fanless from 0 to 50 °C at 10 to 95% humidity and carries CE and FCC marks. It mounts in a rack on its handles or on VESA 200 x 200, 200 x 100 or 100 x 100 holes. Winmate names vehicle command stations, mobile shelters and shipboard consoles.
