Yuan SC6F0N1 12G-SDI+ 12G-SDI NDI Encoder with NDI HX3 Decode and PoE at 4K60

Getting a 12G-SDI camera or studio feed onto an IP network usually means an encoder at one end and a decoder at the other. The Yuan SC6F0N1 12G-SDI+ is a single-channel NDI encoder and decoder that can do either job, so the same model can sit beside the camera or beside the SDI monitor or router input. It typically suits broadcast and live production links where SDI is already the house standard.

Video arrives and leaves on one 12G-SDI input and one 12G-SDI output, at 3840×2160 up to 60fps and down through 1080p and 720p at 60, 50, 30, 25 and 24fps. Analog stereo audio in and out is encoded as AAC-LC from 32 to 384Kbps at 48kHz. On the network side the SC6F0N1 12G-SDI+ sends and receives NDI HX3 and Full NDI, each under a separate license, plus TS over UDP, RTSP, RTMP publish and HLS.

Setup is through a web interface with upgradable firmware and status LEDs. It takes power from PoE on the gigabit port or a 12V DC input, and adds RS232 and RS485 control, USB 3.0, two USB 2.0 ports and optional Wi-Fi. For HDMI sources, the SC6F0N1 HDMI2.0+ is the matching HDMI 2.0 unit, while the SC6T0N4 12G-SDI AI+ takes four 12G-SDI feeds with built-in multiview where one channel is not enough.

Plan NDI licensing early, because the license decides which formats the unit will send and receive. We supply the SC6F0N1 12G-SDI+ configured and tested with the cameras, displays and network it will connect to, with the right licenses applied before it ships.
