UB570G PRO HDMI2.0 HDR HID+ Overview
Viewing and operating a second computer from one desk, or capturing its 4K output without disturbing its screen, usually needs a separate KVM and a capture card. The UB570G PRO HDMI2.0 HDR HID+ is Yuan’s USB HDMI video capture device for HDMI 2.0 sources, a USB 3.0 unit with its ProAV Scaler, adding a USB 2.0 link that sends keyboard and mouse signals to the target PC.
The HDMI 2.0 input takes up to 4096 x 2160 at 60 or 50 fps and 1920 x 1080 at up to 240 fps, with 4:2:2 10-bit and 4:4:4 8-bit HDR sources supported. Over USB 3.0 the card delivers 3840 x 2160 at 30 fps in NV12 or I420, or 1920 x 1080 at 60 fps in YUY2 or P010. Audio comes from HDMI embedded audio or a 3.5 mm analog stereo input at 16-bit 48 kHz.
Video reaches the host through a USB 3.0 Type B port as a UVC device, so software that supports UVC capture can open it, while the separate USB 2.0 port carries keyboard and mouse control to the target PC. On a USB 2.0 host, capture drops to SD formats. The UB575G HDMI2.1 HDR HID+ brings the same control to HDMI 2.1 sources, and the UB570G PRO HDMI is the full HD HDMI capture card with loop-through.
An HDMI 2.0 loop-through output keeps the source display live. Operating system support covers Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 in 32-bit and 64-bit, Linux and macOS, which suits test benches, remote support desks and demonstration rooms where one operator watches and controls another computer.
