Arestech DM-1XXP/PM-2000 10.4" to 24" Intel Celeron J1900 Modular Panel PCs with PCAP Touch and Front IP65

A machine range usually needs more than one screen size, and keeping the same computer, I/O and software image behind every size saves engineering time. The Arestech DM-1XXP/PM-2000 series is built on that idea: a family of modular panel PCs in eight sizes, each pairing a DM display module with projected capacitive touch and the same fanless PM-2000 PC module, so one Windows or Linux image and one wiring scheme cover the whole range.

Every DM-1XXP/PM-2000 runs an Intel Celeron J1900 quad-core processor at up to 2.42 GHz with 2 MB cache, with one DDR3L-1066/1333 SO-DIMM socket for up to 8 GB, a removable 2.5-inch SATA bay and an mSATA socket, and support for Windows 10 IoT or Professional and Linux. The PC module carries two GbE ports on Intel i210-AT controllers with Wake-on-LAN and PXE, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 and four USB 2.0 ports, two RS-232/422/485 ports on DB9, DisplayPort and VGA outputs for a second screen, line-out and mic-in, and four isolated digital inputs and four isolated outputs on a terminal block. Two full-size Mini-PCIe sockets and two SIM sockets take the optional 4G LTE and Wi-Fi modules, with six antenna holes in the enclosure.

The series spans 4:3, 5:4 and 16:9 panels: DM-110P/PM-2000 (10.4″ 4:3 XGA, 500 nits), DM-112P/PM-2000 (12.1″ 4:3 XGA, 600 nits), DM-115P/PM-2000 (15″ 4:3 XGA, 350 nits), DM-115PW/PM-2000 (15.6″ 16:9 FHD, 450 nits), DM-117P/PM-2000 (17″ 5:4 SXGA, 350 nits), DM-119P/PM-2000 (19″ 5:4 SXGA, 350 nits), DM-121PW/PM-2000 (21.5″ 16:9 FHD, 300 nits) and DM-124PW/PM-2000 (24″ 16:9 FHD, 300 nits). Each has a die-cast flat front, IP65 compliant at the front panel, with the same PCAP touch screen and OSD across the range.

Power is 9 to 48 V DC on a three-pin Phoenix terminal block with ignition sensing, PC/Car and AT/ATX mode switches and protection against over-voltage to 52 V, reverse voltage to -48 V and over-current to 20 A, with an optional 12 V, 60 W adapter. The fanless units operate from -20 °C to 70 °C on most sizes (-10 °C to 60 °C on the 21.5 inch and -10 °C to 50 °C on the 19 inch), and mount in a panel with the supplied kit, on 100 x 100 mm VESA or on an optional wall mount. The same DM display modules are also sold with Arestech’s VM-2100 video module as the DM-1XXP/VM-2100 touch monitors, so a project can mix panel PCs and monitors with one front appearance and cut-out per size.
