Arestech DM-1XXP/VM-2100 10.4" to 24" Modular PCAP Touch Monitors with Front IP65 Bezel
The Arestech DM-1XXP/VM-2100 series is a family of modular touch monitors from 10.4 to 24 inches, each a DM display module with projected capacitive touch and Arestech's VM-2100 video module on the rear. Every size has an IP65 compliant die-cast front, VGA, DVI and DisplayPort inputs, touch over USB or COM and a 9 to 48 V DC input with ignition sensing. The series suits operator stations, machine HMIs, cabinet doors and vehicle cabs.
- Eight Sizes from 10.4″ to 24″: 4:3 XGA, 5:4 SXGA and 16:9 full HD panels from 300 to 600 nits, with one video module and power design across the range.
- Projected Capacitive Touch: PCAP touch screen with a 7 Mohs surface and 90% transparency, connected over USB or COM to the host.
- VM-2100 Video Module: VGA, DVI-D and DisplayPort inputs with audio in, two 2 W speakers and remote power and OSD connectors.
- 9 to 48 V DC with Ignition Sensing: Terminal-block input with ignition sensing and a PC/Car mode switch, protected to 52 V over-voltage, -48 V reverse voltage and 20 A.
- Front IP65, Panel or VESA: IP65 compliant die-cast flat front for panel mounting, with 100 x 100 mm VESA holes and an optional wall mount.

DM-1XXP/VM-2100 Description
Machine builders and integrators who standardize on one family of touch screens want the same connections, power input and mounting method whether the panel on a given machine is 10 or 24 inches. The Arestech DM-1XXP/VM-2100 series is built that way: a family of modular touch monitors in eight sizes, each pairing a DM display module with projected capacitive touch and the VM-2100 video module on the rear, so the wiring, OSD and power design stay the same across the range.
Every DM-1XXP/VM-2100 shares the VM-2100 connections: VGA, DVI-D and DisplayPort inputs, a touch interface over USB or COM, an audio input feeding two 2 W internal speakers, a two-pin terminal block for remote power on/off and a remote OSD connector, with speaker and PC/Car mode switches. The PCAP touch screen has a 7 Mohs surface and 90% transparency, and the die-cast flat front is IP65 compliant. Power is 9 to 48 V DC on a three-pin terminal block with ignition sensing and protection against over-voltage to 52 V, reverse voltage to -48 V and over-current to 20 A, with an optional 12 V, 60 W adapter.
The series spans 4:3, 5:4 and 16:9 panels: DM-110P/VM-2100 (10.4″ 4:3 XGA, 500 nits), DM-112P/VM-2100 (12.1″ 4:3 XGA, 600 nits), DM-115P/VM-2100 (15″ 4:3 XGA, 350 nits), DM-115PW/VM-2100 (15.6″ 16:9 FHD, 450 nits), DM-117P/VM-2100 (17″ 5:4 SXGA, 350 nits), DM-119P/VM-2100 (19″ 5:4 SXGA, 350 nits), DM-121PW/VM-2100 (21.5″ 16:9 FHD, 300 nits) and DM-124PW/VM-2100 (24″ 16:9 FHD, 300 nits). Brightness is highest on the smaller sizes, which are often mounted closest to windows and doors, and contrast reaches 5000:1 on the full HD 21.5 and 24 inch models.
Each size mounts in a panel with the supplied kit, on 100 x 100 mm VESA or on an optional wall mount, and operates from -10 °C to 60 °C (-10 °C to 50 °C on the 19 inch) with 20 Grms shock and 1.5 Grms vibration ratings. The same DM display modules are also sold with Arestech’s PM-2000 PC module as the DM-1XXP/PM-2000 panel PCs, so a project can mix monitors and panel PCs with one front appearance and cut-out per size.
