Forecr DSBOARD-ORNX-LAN-AC4 NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano 4GB Dual LAN Carrier Board with CAN Bus and 9-28 V Input

Protocol gateways and single-camera checks need two network ports far more often than they need a large module. The DSBOARD-ORNX-LAN-AC4 fits the NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano 4GB module to the Forecr DSBOARD-ORNX-LAN dual LAN carrier board.

The Orin Nano 4GB delivers 20 TOPS from an Ampere GPU and a 6-core Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU, with 4 GB of LPDDR5; on board Rev 2.0, Super Mode raises that to 34 TOPS. The DSBOARD-ORNX-LAN-AC8 doubles the memory with the Orin Nano 8GB, and the DSBOARD-ORNX-LAN-AA is the board without a module. Cameras connect to four FPC connectors, two 22-pin 0.5 mm for 4-lane and two 15-pin 1.0 mm for 2-lane cameras, set by switch to 2x 4-lane or 4x 2-lane MIPI CSI-2. GMSL2 is not on the carrier; Forecr sells an eight-channel GMSL2 add-on board for Orin NX systems.

On the DSBOARD-ORNX-LAN-AC4, two Gigabit Ethernet ports, the second on its own PCIe controller, separate camera or field networks from the uplink. Three USB 3.1 Type-C ports, one of which doubles as the recovery port, and HDMI 2.0 handle peripherals and display. A terminal carries the CAN bus, a software-configurable RS232/422/485 port, two digital inputs and two digital outputs. Storage uses M.2 Key-M 2280 (PCIe x4) and 2230 (PCIe x1) NVMe slots, and an M.2 Key-E 2230 socket takes Wi-Fi and Bluetooth; this board has no Key-B or SIM.

The DSBOARD-ORNX-LAN-AC4 takes 9-28 V DC and is rated from -25 to +85 °C, with a 5 V fan header; Forecr lists JetPack 5.x and 6.x. Forecr’s change notice moves the DSBOARD-ORNX-LAN to board Rev 2.0 from 1 October 2026, with a 9-32 V DC input, a -40 to +85 °C rating, CAN FD and Orin NX Super Mode support.
