Neousys NRU-230V-AWP-JAO32 NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 32GB IP66 Outdoor Computer with 8x GMSL2 and 10GbE

Not every camera-heavy vision project needs the largest AGX Orin memory, but it still needs sealed connectors and room for eight automotive cameras. The Neousys NRU-230V-AWP-JAO32 pairs the 32 GB Jetson AGX Orin with eight GMSL2 inputs in an IP66 outdoor computer for edge inspection, agriculture and construction vehicles. It is the 32 GB, GMSL2-equipped model in the NRU-230V-AWP / NRU-240S-AWP series.

The 32 GB Jetson AGX Orin combines an NVIDIA Ampere GPU with Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU cores and 32 GB of LPDDR5 at 3200 MHz, and NVIDIA rates this module at up to 200 sparse INT8 TOPS. The NRU-230V-AWP-JAO32 ships with JetPack and 64 GB of eMMC 5.1, and storage expands through an M.2 2280 NVMe socket on PCIe Gen4 x2 and two internal SATA ports for 2.5-inch SSDs. The NRU-230V-AWP-JAO64 carries the 64 GB module with the same I/O.

Eight waterproof FAKRA Z connectors take GMSL2 automotive cameras or industrial stereo cameras, with 2 MP, 3 MP and 5 MP camera options at 30 fps. Alongside them sit four Intel I350 Gigabit ports with 802.3at PoE+ from a 100 W budget, an M12 10GbE port, two isolated CAN 2.0 ports, isolated RS-485, RS-232, a GPS PPS input and a waterproof Type-C port with USB 3.2 and 4K DisplayPort. An automotive-grade MCU reports power, thermal and Jetson status over its own isolated CAN port.

Power is 8 V to 48 V DC with ignition control on an M12 L-coded connector. The NRU-230V-AWP-JAO32 runs from -25 °C to 70 °C in 30 W TDP mode without 10GbE or PoE load and from -25 °C to 60 °C at full function, and Neousys rates the NRU-230V-AWP as running without throttling at 65 °C in 30 W mode under full CPU and GPU load. This outdoor computer is IP66 waterproof and dustproof, tested to MIL-STD-810H for shock and vibration, and wall-mounts on a standard bracket.
