Neousys Nuvo-8108GC-XL Intel Xeon E or 9th/8th Gen Core GPU Edge Computer with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 GPU

GeForce RTX 30 cards are long and power-hungry, and most rugged box PCs cannot fit them. The Neousys Nuvo-8108GC-XL has a longer chassis and air tunnel for a GeForce RTX 30 card up to the RTX 3080, with ignition control and damping brackets for vehicles. It is the GeForce RTX 30 version of the Nuvo-8108GC series.

Inside the Nuvo-8108GC-XL is an LGA1151 socket for Intel Xeon E-2176G, E-2278GE or E-2278GEL, or 9th and 8th Gen Core i7, i5 and i3 processors. The C246 chipset supports AMT 12.0 and TPM 2.0, four SO-DIMM sockets take up to 128 GB of DDR4-2133 with or without ECC, and Intel UHD Graphics 630 drive VGA, DVI-D and a 4K DisplayPort output.

The GPU sits in one of two PCIe x16 Gen3 slots with eight lanes, beside two PCIe x8 Gen3 slots with four lanes; a large RTX card can block one of the x8 slots in the Nuvo-8108GC-XL. The panel also carries two GbE ports by Intel I219-LM and I210-IT controllers, four USB 3.1 Gen 2 and four Gen 1 ports, two RS-232/422/485 ports, a mic-in and speaker-out jack, an M.2 NVMe socket on PCIe Gen3 x4, two mSATA sockets shared with two full-size mini PCIe sockets, and an M.2 B key socket with dual SIM for LTE, with a hot-swappable 2.5-inch tray and an internal bay (RAID 0 or 1).

Power is 8 to 48 V DC on two terminal blocks with ignition control (18 to 48 V above 100 W of system load), and patented damping brackets come as standard. The system runs from -25 °C to 60 °C with a 35 W CPU and the GPU at full load, meets MIL-STD-810G and 3 Grms for vibration and shock, and carries CE and FCC Class A. The Nuvo-8108GC takes any 250 W card, and the Nuvo-8108GC-QD an RTX A6000 or A4500.
