Premio ACO-6000-CML-8U3 10th Gen Intel Core In-Vehicle Computer System with 8x USB 3.0 Universal I/O Modules

Survey and inspection vehicles often run many USB devices at once: machine vision cameras, GNSS receivers, data loggers and removable drives. The ACO-6000-CML-8U3 is the 10th Gen Intel Core in-vehicle computer system with 8x USB 3.0 Universal I/O modules in the Premio ACO-6000-CML series, giving each of those devices a port of its own. Like every model in the range, it is listed with E-Mark and uses power ignition management to start and shut down with the vehicle.

Under the ACO-6000-CML-8U3 sits an LGA1200 socket on the Intel W480E chipset, taking 10th Gen Comet Lake processors at 35 W or 65 W, from Core i3-10100TE to Core i9-10900E and Xeon W-1290TE. Two DDR4 SODIMM sockets hold up to 64 GB at up to 2933 MHz, with ECC support on Xeon builds, and Intel UHD Graphics 630 drives three independent screens. Several USB camera streams on the ACO-6000-CML-8U3 usually call for a Core i7 or i9, with up to 64 GB of DDR4 for buffering.

Both Universal I/O brackets on the ACO-6000-CML-8U3 carry four-port USB 3.0 modules on Renesas uPD720201 controllers, each sharing a PCIe Gen2 x1 link, which brings the total to 16 USB ports. The rest of the I/O stays the same across the range: eight RS-232/422/485 ports, 8 in/8 out isolated DIO, two CAN 2.0 A/B headers, nine USB 3.2 ports, and three 2.5 inch SATA bays with RAID 0, 1 and 5.

Power comes in at 9 to 48 V DC on a terminal block, with a 48 to 110 V DC board on the -110V models, and PC/Car mode and delay time switches set how the ACO-6000-CML-8U3 follows the ignition. Premio rates it fanless from -25 °C to 70 °C and lists CE, FCC Class A and E-Mark, plus EMC conformity with EN 50155 and EN 50121-3-2. For four extra ports and a free bracket, the ACO-6000-CML-4U3 is the smaller option, and the ACO-6000-CML-D10G adds 10GbE instead.
