Premio ACO-6000-CML-D10G 10th Gen Intel Core i7 Rugged In-Vehicle Computer System with 2x 10GbE LAN

When a vehicle returns to the depot, hours of footage need to move to the server quickly, and gigabit links can become the bottleneck. The ACO-6000-CML-D10G is the 10th Gen Intel Core i7 rugged in-vehicle computer system with 2x 10GbE LAN in the Premio ACO-6000-CML series, built to shorten that offload. Like every model in the range, it is listed with E-Mark and uses power ignition management to start and shut down with the vehicle.

Under the ACO-6000-CML-D10G sits an LGA1200 socket on the Intel W480E chipset, taking 10th Gen Comet Lake processors at 35 W or 65 W, from Core i3-10100TE to Core i9-10900E and Xeon W-1290TE. Two DDR4 SODIMM sockets hold up to 64 GB at up to 2933 MHz, with ECC support on Xeon builds, and Intel UHD Graphics 630 drives three independent screens. A 10th Gen Core i7 suits the ACO-6000-CML-D10G well, keeping up with 10GbE transfers to and from the RAID array.

One Universal I/O bracket on the ACO-6000-CML-D10G carries a two-port RJ45 10GbE module on the Intel X710 controller, alongside the two onboard GbE ports, with the second bracket free. The rest of the I/O stays the same across the range: eight RS-232/422/485 ports, 8 in/8 out isolated DIO, two CAN 2.0 A/B headers, nine USB 3.2 ports, and three 2.5 inch SATA bays with RAID 0, 1 and 5.

Power comes in at 9 to 48 V DC on a terminal block, with a 48 to 110 V DC board on the -110V models, and PC/Car mode and delay time switches set how the ACO-6000-CML-D10G follows the ignition. Premio rates it fanless from -25 °C to 70 °C and lists CE, FCC Class A and E-Mark, plus EMC conformity with EN 50155 and EN 50121-3-2. For more GbE ports instead, the ACO-6000-CML-8L offers ten in total, and the ACO-6000-CML leaves both brackets open.
