FCCIBOX-650P-IP66-T1-JAO64 Overview
Newer vehicles and mobile machines increasingly move sensors onto single pair Ethernet, and the computer has to join that network as well as the cameras. The IBOX-650P-IP66-T1-JAO64 is the one model in the Sintrones IBOX-650P-IP66-T1 series and adds a 100/1000BASE-T1 port to a sealed IP66 in-vehicle computer built around the Jetson AGX Orin 64GB. Sintrones lists it as sample available, and it is available to order. The IBOX-650P-IP66-2S-01-JAO64 is the closest model without the T1 port.
The AGX Orin 64GB brings a 12-core Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU, a 2048-core NVIDIA GPU and 64 GB of LPDDR5, rated at up to 275 TOPS. The system BSP is pre-installed on 64 GB of internal eMMC, with an M.2 2280 M key slot for an NVMe SSD, and it runs NVIDIA JetPack 6.2 or above. Sintrones states Jetson Orin module availability through January 2032, which helps with fleet lifecycle planning.
The SPE port uses a Phoenix Contact IEC 63171-5 connector. Alongside it are a Marvell 10GbE port and two Intel 2.5GbE ports with IEEE 802.3at PoE PSE Class 4 at 30 W each, all on M12 X-coded connectors, plus four GMSL-2 inputs on FAKRA through the VDB-101 board. Two CAN FD ports use M8, while one RS-232/422/485 port and four digital inputs with four outputs at 12 V DC/100 mA use M12, alongside a 5 to 60 V analog input and a PWM output; HDMI and two USB 3.2 ports are IP67 Type-A. An M.2 B key slot with Nano SIM, an M.2 E key slot and a full-size mPCIe slot take optional WWAN, Wi-Fi and GNSS.
Power is 9 to 60 V DC on a Phoenix Contact M12 K-coded connector, with full input protection, an ignition pin and an optional backup battery. The IBOX-650P-IP66-T1-JAO64 is tested to MIL-STD-810H shock and vibration, has E-Mark compliance, CE, FCC Class A and UKCA, and is designed to EN 50155 and EN 45545-2 (R25) requirements.
