Sintrones IBOX-650P-IP66-JAO32-LE NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 32GB IP66 Outdoor PC with 10GbE and PoE

Many outdoor camera systems are already built on IP cameras, so a direct-capture board would sit unused. The Sintrones IBOX-650P-IP66-JAO32-LE is the build of the IBOX-650P-IP66 series for those sites: an outdoor PC that seals the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 32GB module to IP66 and takes its video over Ethernet rather than GMSL-2.

The Jetson AGX Orin 32GB pairs 1792 CUDA cores with an 8-core Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU and 32 GB of LPDDR5, which suits detection and tracking across a set of network streams. JetPack 6.2 or above runs from the 64 GB eMMC inside the module, where Sintrones pre-installs the BSP. Where the model or stream count grows, the IBOX-650P-IP66-JAO64-LE keeps the same build with the 64GB module.

Networking is the core of the IBOX-650P-IP66-JAO32-LE. One 10GbE port carries aggregated video or results to a local server, and two 2.5GbE ports supply IEEE 802.3at PoE+ at up to 30 W each, so a camera or LiDAR unit runs from a single cable. All three use X-coded M12 connectors. Two USB 3.2 ports and HDMI sit on IP67 connectors, with two CAN FD ports on M8 and an M12 RS-232/422/485 port. Inside, an M.2 2280 NVMe slot adds storage, and M.2 Key B with Nano SIM, M.2 Key E and full-size mPCIe slots take WWAN, Wi-Fi and GNSS modules.

The outdoor PC runs fanless from -25 °C to 70 °C in an aluminum enclosure sealed to IP66. Sintrones tests it to MIL-STD-810H for vibration and shock and lists E-Mark, ECE R118, EN 50155 and EN 45545-2 (R25) among its standards. Power is 9 to 60 V DC on an M12 K-coded connector with ignition detection and surge and reverse-polarity protection, and an optional backup battery covers power loss. The IBOX-650P-IP66-JAO32-LE suits trackside, roadside and vehicle-mounted camera analytics.
