A small HMI screen on a machine often faces two problems at once: glare from overhead lights and water from cleaning. The W07L100-GSO1HB is Winmate’s answer in the G-WIN GS housing: a 7 inch rugged touch monitor with a 1000 nit LCD, projected capacitive multi-touch and full IP65 protection against dust and water jets, with every connection on a sealed M12 connector.
The panel is a 1024 x 600 WSVGA LCD at 1000 nits with a 700:1 contrast ratio and 16.2 million colors, viewable across 150° horizontally and 145° vertically. That brightness keeps status screens and alarms readable in bright plant areas. The PCAP touch screen connects over USB and supports multi-touch gestures, and a protection glass is available as an option.
Video comes in on a single VGA input, and power, VGA and touch USB all use M12 waterproof connectors, so the cabling keeps the IP65 seal intact. A five-key on-screen display menu sits on the rear. For indoor lighting, the W07L100-GST1 is the same housing with a 320 nit panel, and the W07L100-PCO1OD offers 1000 nits with HDMI and DVI options in a front IP65 chassis.
The W07L100-GSO1HB runs on 12 V DC and operates from -15 °C to 55 °C at 10 to 95% humidity. It is rated for 40 g shock for 11 ms and 1.48 to 2.24 g rms vibration from 5 to 500 Hz, is compliant with MIL-STD-810F/G for vibration and shock, and carries CE and FCC marks. The fanless metal housing with an aluminum bezel measures 189.4 x 145.4 x 39.8 mm, weighs 1.13 kg and fits a 75 x 75 mm VESA mount or a panel mount.
