Winmate W43L300-OFA1 42.5″ Open Frame Monitor with 1920 x 1080 FHD LCD and 500 Nits

Large information screens in receptions, concourses and control rooms usually sit inside joinery or a wall, where a consumer television with its own bezel and stand does not fit the design. The W43L300-OFA1 is Winmate’s 42.5 inch open frame monitor for those builds: a 1920 x 1080 FHD LCD at 500 nits with 4000:1 contrast, in a metal frame that fixes behind your own surround.

The panel shows 16.7 million colors across an active area of 940.896 x 529.254 mm, with viewing angles of 89° in every direction, so the picture stays even for people across a wide space. The front is a bare panel, with protection glass available as an option where the screen is within reach of the public.

VGA is the standard video input, with HDMI and DVI available as options, so the monitor connects to a media player, industrial PC or control system. An optional 3.5 mm audio line-in and twin speakers add sound for announcements, and a five-key OSD panel on the rear sets brightness and picture. The W43L300-OFA2HB raises brightness to 1500 nits at the same size, and the W32L300-OFA3 offers the same approach at 32 inch.

The W43L300-OFA1 runs from 24 V DC and ships with a 100 to 240 V AC to DC adapter and VGA and HDMI cables. It is fanless, operates from 0 °C to 50 °C and 10 to 90% non-condensing humidity, and stores from -10 °C to 60 °C. The metal frame measures 999.4 x 594 x 73.5 mm, with 75, 100 and 200 mm VESA patterns and rear mounting. It carries CE and FCC marks. Winmate lists industrial visualization, control rooms and equipment monitoring as typical uses for its open frame range, along with ATMs, vending machines, airport information displays and mall kiosks.
