SKY-QUAD-5000B-48 Overview

Most professional AI, design and visualization work sits comfortably within 48 GB, and that is where the SKY-QUAD-5000B-48 fits. It is the NVIDIA RTX PRO 5000 Blackwell from Advantech, a workstation GPU with 48 GB of GDDR7 and ECC on PCI Express 5.0. Advantech positions the RTX PRO 5000 for massive models and 8K workflows, alongside design and content production.

The Blackwell GPU has 14,080 CUDA cores, 400 fifth-generation Tensor Cores with FP4 acceleration and 100 RT Cores, and single-precision performance is rated at 65 TFLOPS. Memory runs on a 512-bit interface at 1,344 GB/s, the same bandwidth as the 72 GB card. Family features include DLSS 4 with Multi-Frame Generation, ninth-generation NVENC and sixth-generation NVDEC engines for video encoding and decoding, and NVIDIA Mosaic for spanning displays. Two Multi-Instance GPU instances let the card be split between two users or inference services where that suits the job.

The SKY-QUAD-5000B-48 connects over PCI Express 5.0 x16 and has four DisplayPort 2.1b outputs, driving four 4096 x 2160 displays at 120 Hz or two 7680 x 4320 displays at 60 Hz. It supports DirectX 12, Shader Model 6.6, OpenGL 4.6 and Vulkan 1.3, with CUDA 12.8, OpenCL 3.0 and DirectCompute. Maximum power is 300 W through one 16-pin PCIe connector, with a 2x PCIe 8-pin adapter cable included. An active blower cools the dual-slot, full-height card.

We supply each card tested, and we fit, configure and burn-in test the SKY-QUAD-5000B-48 in the GPU computers and servers we build. For more memory, the SKY-QUAD-5000B-72 carries 72 GB on the same GPU. The SKY-QUAD-4500B-32 offers 32 GB at 200 W, and the SKY-QUAD-5000A-32 is the Ada generation RTX 5000 on PCIe 4.0.
