Neousys POC-610 Intel Atom x7425E Fanless Ultra-Compact Embedded Computer with 3x 2.5GbE

Protocol gateways, cabinet HMIs and data collectors rarely need PoE, but they do need several network ports and a footprint that leaves room on the rail. The POC-610 keeps all three 2.5GbE ports as plain data ports. It is the non-PoE build of the Neousys POC-600 series of compact embedded computers, with an Intel Atom x7425E in a fanless DIN-rail unit 56 mm wide.

The Atom x7425E has four efficient cores at 1.5 GHz base and 3.4 GHz burst within 12 W, with one DDR5-4800 SODIMM up to 16 GB, Intel UHD Graphics with 24 EUs and dTPM 2.0. Neousys quotes up to 1.5 times the CPU performance of earlier Atom designs, which gives the POC-610 headroom for gateway software, local dashboards and edge data processing.

Three 2.5GbE ports by Intel I226-IT can separate a machine network, a plant network and an uplink. Four USB 3.2 ports with screw-lock, two Gen2 and two Gen1, cover cameras and storage, and dual HDMI 1.4b outputs run at 3840 x 2160 for two local screens. Serial I/O is one software-programmable RS-232/422/485 port plus three RS-232 ports or one RS-422/485, which suits Modbus and legacy instruments. Storage is an M.2 2280 SATA socket, and the MezIO interface takes Neousys modules for isolated DIO, ignition control or extra COM ports. If cameras need power, the POC-600 adds PoE+ on two ports.

Power is 8 to 35 V DC on a 3-pin terminal block. The POC-610 runs fanless from -25 °C to 70 °C with MIL-STD-810H vibration and shock, and weighs 0.98 kg with DIN-rail mounting as standard.
