IMB-600-ONX16-DEV KIT Plus Overview
Multi-camera perception is hard to prototype on hardware that only offers a single camera connector. The Sintrones IMB-600-ONX16-DEV-KIT-PLUS answers that directly: a Mini-ITX edge AI developer kit in the IMB-600 series that pairs the NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX 16GB system-on-module with four GMSL-2 automotive camera inputs on FAKRA-Z connectors, running JetPack 6.2 on Linux.
The 16GB Orin NX module matches the four-camera workload, keeping capture, preprocessing and inference on the same board without squeezing the model to fit. PCIe 4.0 runs throughout, and the M-key 2280 slot takes an NVMe SSD on four lanes of Gen4, which matters once four camera streams are being recorded for annotation and replay. The GMSL-2 stage raises the build to 59.4mm, against 35.4mm for the base IMB-600-ONX16-DEV-KIT, while keeping the fanless 0.9kg aluminum construction.
Beyond the camera inputs, the 8-lane MIPI CSI-2 connector remains available for mixed camera front ends, with an HDMI output for local monitoring. A 2.5GbE port and a GbE port on Intel I226 controllers handle streaming and bench networking, joined by two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports and a USB 2.0 Type-C port. CAN FD and an RS232/422/485 serial port tie the IMB-600-ONX16-DEV-KIT-PLUS into vehicle networks, with 4-in/4-out digital I/O for triggers, and B-key, E-key and mPCIe sockets for optional 4G/5G, GPS/GLONASS and WiFi/Bluetooth modules.
The power and environmental envelope follows Sintrones deployment practice: 9-60V DC on a terminal block, AT and ATX modes, ignition control, and fanless operation from -25°C to 50°C with CE, FCC and UKCA marks. If the pipeline fits 8GB of module memory, the IMB-600-ONX8-DEV-KIT-PLUS carries the same four GMSL-2 inputs on the smaller SOM.

Official Sintrones USA Distributor
Things Embedded is an official Sintrones USA distributor, stocking the Sintrones Jetson line from developer kit through to sealed deployment hardware. For the IMB-600-ONX16-DEV-KIT-PLUS the natural production path is a GMSL-equipped system: the IBOX-601-G2 series takes four-camera Orin NX builds in-vehicle, while the lightweight IBOX-604-G2 series suits drones and mobile robots, and the IBOX-600 family covers deployments that drop the camera stage.
For the wider picture, our rugged Jetson edge computers cover deployments that need the same compute hardened for the field, while the in-vehicle PCs we supply suit four-camera perception work headed for a vehicle fleet. Buyers comparing module approaches can also weigh the full set of AI inference computers we configure, benchmark and support from the USA.
