Diamond Systems has pioneered the first and only NVIDIA solution that integrates the realm of Nvidia Jetson with the rugged PCIe/104 I/O expansion universe. This innovation facilitates the development of future high-performance, I/O-heavy, robust embedded systems. Custom NVIDIA Jetson design and manufacturing services are available for both carrier boards and box PCs built on Nano, NX, and AGX system-on-modules.

Built on x86 technology and featuring upgradeable COM Express designs, Diamond Systems' rugged SBCs boast thicker PCBs and latching I/O connectors, ensuring survival in high shock and vibration environments. They also support extended temperatures, utilising conduction cooling with bottom-mounted heat spreaders. Additionally, many of these SBCs include a comprehensive data acquisition system, featuring precision analog I/O and digital I/O.

Available in a variety of small form factors, Diamond Systems design and manufacture managed Layer 2+ switching and Layer 3 routing/switching Ethernet switches with various combinations of 1G and 10G ports. Optimized for use in rugged and industrial applications, we deploy these switches in transportation, medical, aerospace and defense, and other applications operating in the harshest environments.

Supporting mission-critical applications on land, in the air, and at sea, our Single Board Computers (SBCs) and network switches can be integrated into solid-body aluminum CNC enclosures. This integration delivers military-grade rugged solutions equipped with MIL-DTL-38999 connectors. Offering IP67 environmental protection and a wide operating temperature range of -40 to +85 degrees Celsius, our systems also provide power input compliant with MIL-STD-461, -704, and -1275 standards, with the option for isolation.
